Check-in and Check-out Time
Check-in time is 3 pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If you are arriving early, have a look at our blog section. We've listed lots of things to do around the area - it's time for you to kick back and start relaxing!
Check-out time is strictly at or before 10 am. We want to ensure that we have adequate time to clean and sanitize the house prior to the arrival of our next guest. So it is quite uncommon that we can accommodate late check-out- particularly without notice.
Parking
The driveway has space for two vehicles. There is also street parking available in front of the property. Please park either in the driveway or on the street within the property lines and restrict on-street parking to one car. This is per city ordinance.
Getting Yourself Oriented
Overview of the Area
Our home is ideally located within two blocks of the Museum of the Southwest and one block of Dennis the Menace Park. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance or a short drive/uber away to Downtown.
Suggestions if you Arrive Early
Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do some shopping. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food! Please check our restaurant and grocery blog section for suggestions.

Check-out Time
Check-out time is strictly 10 am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be unlikely that we can offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Check-out Process
Before your departure, we’d appreciate if you would take care of the following:
-TOWELS: Please place dirty towels on the bathroom floor, and if possible, start the first load to help our cleaners. DO NOT strip any bedding.
-LINENS: Please leave your linens on the bed for our cleaners to take care of.
-DIRTY DISHES: Please place all your used/dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and start a load. This will help my cleaner immensely for same-day check-in.
-TRASH: Please place all bagged trash in the large city-provided trash can on the property (in the alley through the backyard gate), and close trash lids behind you.
-FOOD: Please be sure to remove any of the food items that you may have brought with you.
-GRILL: If you used the grill during your visit, please be sure to use the grill brush provided to clean it.
We hope you had a wonderful stay and wish you safe travels back home!
